Our team is honored to have been part of the opening at Thibodaux Regional Medical’s Center’s new Wellness Center. Premier Catering &Events is committed to our community and to providing quality food and beverage services.

At the opening, our culinary team prepared an array of offerings including New Orleans Style Mini Muffalettas, Prosciutto Wrapped Cheddar Forks, Hummus Shooter Cup, a Gourmet Antipasto Display, and more. Grady Verret, Premier Catering & Events Proprietor, said “We are grateful of the confidence Thibodaux Regional Medical Center had in selecting our team to cater their opening events,” he continued, “even more, we are appreciative of the investment being made into our community for overall health and wellness.”

Premier Catering & Events Prepares Healthy Meals at Danos

Premier Catering & Events announces its partnership with leading energy services provider, Danos, providing employeeswith timely, freshly prepared, and well-balanced meals. The program aligns with a move toward healthier living and overall employee well-being.

Grady Verret, CEO of Premier Catering & Events, said, “We are proud of what our team has been able to accomplish in delivering high-quality, nutritious meals on a daily basis to our partners at Danos. Facility catering is a growing trend in the workplace and Premier Catering & Events is equipped to deliver to the many needs of today’s growing industries.  Employee wellness programs have grown popular as business owners become more aware of health issues. These programs typically focus on educational opportunities, weight loss competitions, and physician wellness visits, but they do not address the direct link that nutrition and health have to safety of operations on a daily basis. Access to proper nutrition and hydration is paramount to reducing the risk of accidents caused by a poorly performing employee. Safety programs address other primary risks through hands-on training and the provision of the proper equipment, but most do not address the need for appropriately spaced, high quality meals as a grassroots, first line defense against accidents.”

Danos’ Bayou Market at its new corporate headquarters in Gray, La, is managed, operated, and staffed by Premier Catering & Events. A daily menu of freshly prepared soups, salads, and wraps are available to employees who may order onsite or through the Bayou Market app available on Apple and Android devices.
